@CostaCoffee hey Costa, went for a coffee at your Chesterfield branch and got a £60 parking ticket! I was there 20 minutes as I bought a coffee and sat in. Very poor, not the stress I needed at Christmas.

@Camimp83 I’m going to go to Costa and speak to them in person. Very confused why I got a ticket as it even states I was there for only 20 mins, under the 1 hour limit.

@DarrenHurst Interesting, certainly not as straightforward as the costa bot on here is making out. On a unit ive looked into the franchisee of costa actually owns the car park 🤔

@CostaCoffee That’s annoying since it was your staff that told me I could park there, (since it’s the car park for their branch) and as long it was less than an hour I didn’t need to register my parking on the pad. This isn’t a paid for car park, it’s the one for their branch…

@DarrenHurst @dunkindonutsUK I think they have based it off how Starbucks does theirs, you have to get 150 stars for a free drink which it’s currently 3 stars for every £1 (they are also bringing out a new app and their rewards program will also change but that is what it is currently)
