The guy arrested claims he passed out in the back of a cop car, and had red stuff smeared on his legs. Ertl was the Crime Lab guy on that case.

So Dan Feucht (present in the garage concrete luminol testing that found nothing) is a forensic science instructor at Fox Valley Technical College and seems very detailed in hopes to develop forensic practices to solve crimes: usatoday.com/videos/news/na… Now keep this in mind (1/2)
