Between @TekSavvyCSR and @Rogers who do I blame for my internet being down for over a week now. They point the finger at each other while the paying customer suffers. Yet, if I turn off my CC so they can't take more money for said service, I'd be in the wrong.

. @TekSavvyCSR @TekSavvyBuzz Severe TV issues for days. Spoke to tech support, they admitted to problem ongoing for at least 5 days. Outage map shows nothing, but dozens of reddit posts from all over!! What are you doing and how will you make it right with paying customers?

@TekSavvyCSR That won't be necessary. A @Rogers tech has already come out and said everything looks fine and call my ISP. I called your ppl who say they can't see the modem and it's a Rogers issue. Fed up with you both. @Bell ??
