A man allegedly began yelling at her telling her to “f*** off, “b****, don’t sit next to me.”, as well as calling her a “terrorist”. The incident further escalated when the man began to physically assault her. Another hijabi passenger on the bus intervened. Violent Islamophobia continues to be on the rise. The fact that it constantly occurs in broad daylight in public spaces should send alarms to all levels of government, given Canada’s dark history with violent Islamophobia. We cannot afford to wait until an incident like this turns to murder yet again, all levels of government must condemn and take concrete action. We are in contact with the victim and local authorities.

This man and his wife bought their house a year ago. Their next door neighbor has dogs . After several months they became frustrated because they said the dogs barked all night. Several neighbors and themselves sent letters of complaint to Animal Control. So, the neighbors with the dogs built a 15 foot fence! 😂 There is no HOA or city ordinance governing the heights of a fence there. They even put the 2 x 4’s on the outside. 😂 Do you think the man is overreacting when he says his family can’t use their sunroom anymore?
