@moraimessenger The Maul Shadow Lord comic has been a good tie in to the show so far.

Loved the first episode; the second was okay, just needs to pick up a little so I’m excited to see it all build! Already so intrigued by Master Daki and his seemingly lack of urgency and pacifist ways. Maul will use that to his advantage: there is no pacifism in an age of oppression. Excited already for next Monday!

@StarWarsMeg1 everyone bringing up the brutality of Tony Gilroy‘s boring show, but also forgetting the fact we already got Maul being more brutal in the original clone war than anything Gilroy did. Ask that village with kids playing..Andor is just a buzz word 🤷

@coreyloses Judging by the interactions @starwars account has with the people they invite to premiers and give merch to it seems like a lot just goes to their friends.

As far as I go, I'm pretty sure they rebuilt whatever screener list they had and Twitter was a bigger factor for them than YouTube. I don't think I was ever on their radar as a creator in the first place anyways.

@sw_holocron I love how Lucasfilm kept trying to show how the sequels followed George's ideas and then when he finally said in an interview what his version of the sequels would have been it was completely different. Read the The Star Wars Archives 99–05 by Paul Duncan.

George Lucas’ original plan for the sequel trilogy included Maul as the main villain, alongside his apprentice Darth Talon. Talon was a red Twi’lek, who bears a resemblance to Devon Izara (the character Maul targets as his apprentice in the new show).

Let’s talk D23🦉! I think an AHSOKA season 2 presence makes sense - Jon, Dave, Rosario, & some of the cast. I also assume a trailer, whether that be a first teaser or a second trailer by then (🙏🤞🏼). Mando summer / Ahsoka fall still seems likely. What do you think? As much as I yearn for marketing to start earlier in the summer, I also want this season to have the post-production that it needs. If the full year is what it takes, then I want them to have it. However, there are still ways to celebrate and show off the next season without showing footage. 🤷🏻‍♂️ And that’s what I hope we *do* start to see prior to August. Wishful thinking.

I've a routine of checking the top performing Star Wars vids of the week on YouTube. More and more it's AI nonsense. I really do think "Star Wars YouTube" as a big thing supporting many fulltime creators is mostly at an end. Was a fun run. Maybe to return upon the next trilogy lol.

Alright, let’s talk Abeloth. I get so many comments and DMS about this that I just want to set the record straight. From what I *have* seen & from what I *have* been told, it is my pretty confident assertion that Abeloth / The Mother is NOT in season 2 of AHSOKA. I’ve been hesitant to touch on this topic because it’s something that my sources have repeatedly denied (when they’ve told me some pretty spoilery things), and it’s a very hot topic coming from leakers who wanna get some Legends fan engagement. Without giving things away, the story I’ve put together from set photos, scene descriptions, and from what we’ve officially been told is one of myth & religion. Not some cosmic entity that overcomplicates the story. In fact, I struggle to see *anywhere* where this character would fit in to what I know about the story. Now, am I 100% on this? Of course not. Part of what I do is to take the evidence given to me and try to make sense of it. But usually that stuff I’m not posting because I’d rather give you something I’m very confident in. So, take this as you will. I’m not gonna pin this, but I sure would love to as I know I’m going to continue to get messages about this topic. But, at least I’ll have a post I can send lol. @yak_face I love the SWTVC guys do this every year but I am not sure these fan polls would be best for the TVC line. Kleya beat both the Galactic Marine and Clone Commando I don't think she would come close to selling what those troop builders would. Tooling dollars are few for TVC line.
