Look I love #innovation and #startups. It's my whole industry. But is terrifying to me how many new startup ideas are trying to solve the symptoms of systemic problems caused by an exploitative, unsustainable society; essentially enabling the further ignorance of the core issue.

Got around to watching the final @thegrandtour today. #TopGear and the trio got me through a lot in university and the years that followed. Going to miss that. Thanks @JeremyClarkson @RichardHammond @MrJamesMay .

#UnpopularOpinion I think hardcase carry-ons that are the exact max allowable dimensions should be banned. I haven't been on a flight that hasn't complained about full of bins in... A decade. There's no way by function of volume this is actually maxed out?

@neilshyminsky It's brutal. People keep responding with "Oh I thought the market cooled off?" It didn't cool off on starter homes... Those are a bloodbath right now.

@DarylDominique Two friends of mine when $60k over asking on a house in Sudbury's west-end that, honestly, I thought was underpriced by $50-100k. They were also outbid by about $100k.

I was just outbid on a starter home in Whitefish, Ontario by $100,000... And my offer was already $20k over asking. ... This is rural northern #Ontario. ... What the hell? I think I give up on #housing at this point?

Guys, stop complaining about this #Titanic #submarine! If we hype it up as a rare one in a million freak accident, maybe more rich people will seal themselves in metal tubes and launch themselves into the depths never to be seen again. Think about the long game.
