@spiralies Reminds me a whole lot of FFXIV being snubbed and that it didn't count in discussions about narrative because it's an MMO. Then the Shadowbringers and Endwalker expansions came out with incredible stories befitting the best in the franchise and people are STILL bitching.

The backlash makes sense when you realise many people want to use their “fan” status to give their arguments more weight when they inevitably demand to change/censor games they’ve never played. Ergo why they're pretending to care about poor people to emotionally manipulate you.
