@JayLikesToArt @th3d3l3t3r OG Freddy likely was a predator. OG Freddy was just more implicit rather than coming out and saying it like the remake. Craven was going to have Freddy more overtly stated to be a predator in the original, but decided against it due to cases at a preschool at that time.

@GraveDBD I’m fine with fog vials. They have uses that most people don’t expect. I’ve seen some people say they should be more opaque than they already are, and I kinda disagree now that they have 4 uses. If they did make them more opaque, they should drop the usage number back down.

@th3d3l3t3r @JayLikesToArt I say that as someone who prefers the Nightmare On Elm Street Remake to some of the later og Nightmare On Elm Street films. I genuinely think most of the cast was good, and would’ve made a better movie if the writers were better.

@th3d3l3t3r @JayLikesToArt In my honest opinion, there’s nothing wrong with making a villain a predator, it’s a work of fiction. However, it needs to be handled in a respectful and inoffensive way. That can be really hard to pull off, and the 2010 A Nightmare On Elm Street doesn’t hit that mark.
