Sorry I don't live in the USA, but I am sure you'll find everything there, try to buy ones that are put in a good source of fat like olive oil, or simply water.
Every seafood imaginable has been canned, even lobster.
What I like about canned seafood is that you a full meal with all nutrients almost, all you need are sort of dry crackers, or you can throw it on plain rice.
