Happened to my generation for sure. It's why Boomers and Gen X are overwhelmingly conservative and why Gen Z is shifting politically.

@cwebbonline He's 100% correct. San Francisco had the same issue. They built tons of homeless housing that remained empty. It remained empty because one of the qualifications for getting into housing was to join a rehab program and be drug free.
