Most of the people who we meet are facing struggles that we know nothing about, especially right now. Rarely will we regret choosing kindness.

I am still so astonished by the number of students who are discouraged from a career in surgery because they are women, want kids, are interested in research, are introverts, are "too quiet" etc... Here's my take. #MedEd #SurgParenting
