When officers said the car would be impounded, Scott became irate, refused commands, and tried to move back toward the vehicle. She was eventually wrestled to the ground and detained. Who is right? A hotel worker sees a woman enter through the front door to eat the free complimentary breakfast for guests. The worker asks if she’s a guest, and they go back and forth. Have you ever been asked if you’re a guest? The woman could have just answered with her room number, and it wouldn’t have escalated.
