Simply that an old withholding order was still open that needed to be processed in accordance with std legal proceedings, acknowledged by the Trump gov as an administrative oversight.

In appeal, three brothers acquitted of murder, the oldest one gets 7 years instead of life, the others get closed youth care.

The SC didn't rule 9-0 against Trump's deportations, it consented to the lower court's ruling that Abrego Garcia's (an MA-13 member) prior deportation withholding be processed before his removal.
