I have seen a lot of baseless criticism about Amorim here. This is the first thing I have come across that is an objective issue that can limit his ceiling. Amorim has to change this; you can’t sacrifice a player completely in the Premier League during buildup from goal kicks. The likes of Thomas Frank, Iraola, and Emery would exploit this far too easily. The most practical solution is to use Onana, who is one of the best ball-playing keepers in the world, as an auxiliary CB. Create a 4-2-5 shape with the CCB as the other CB while the RCB and LCB push to RB and LB. This also ensures a natural and smooth transition into the primary 3-2-5 shape.

@GarNob It’s Ryanair’s oldest trick in the book, avoids them having to pay compensation as you were boarded before the 3 hour delay threshold. Doesn’t matter then how long you sit on the plane once you’re not sitting in the terminal.

It’s super frustrating that the club ignored Rangnick at the time when he called out the issues.
Open heart surgery was needed then, and it’s still needed now.
A lot of time could’ve been saved if they had listened to him, but instead, they tried to sweep it under the rug by moving him on.
