⚠️ THE CLARITY ACT MAY STILL FAIL FROM BECOMING A LAW - 7 REASONS WHY 1st: Senate Bill Merger The Banking Committee text must first merge with a parallel bill from the Senate Agriculture Committee. Any compromise text will likely face new opposition. 2nd: The 60-Vote Wall Once reconciled, the bill faces a full Senate floor vote requiring 60 votes to overcome a filibuster. Republicans hold only 53 seats. This means AT LEAST 7 Senate Democrats must cross over. 3rd: The Ethics Fight Democrats are demanding a conflict-of-interest provision banning the President and officials from profiting off crypto. White House opposes this. If unresolved, the 60-vote math collapses. 4th: The Banking Lobby Banks are still pushing to: -Kill the DeFi safe harbor -Tighten stablecoin yield rules further -Strip developer protections Banks may appeal to senators OUTSIDE the Banking Committee before the floor vote, opening new pressure points. 5th: House Reconciliation The House passed its OWN version (H.R. 3633) in July 2025. The Senate version added new language on stablecoin yield, DeFi, insider trading, and bankruptcy. Both chambers must vote AGAIN on a unified bill. 6th: The August Deadline The floor vote must happen by August. Miss it, and midterm campaigns take over. The next window could be 2030 or beyond. 7th: Rulemaking Delay Even if signed, the law has a 360-day delay. SEC and CFTC must write the rules. Most compliance deadlines land in 2027-2028. The hardest part is still ahead.

The biggest thing that's kept me fit at almost 43 (on 0 TRT, peptides etc) is the MINDSET OF NO ZEROES! Today I met a dear friend & his wife for breakfast & had a ton of dad & work responsibilities. I would have had to wake up at 4am to get to the gym & my son woke me up at 230am :) I used to skip these days & because I skipped the gym EAT WORSE. Consistency over everything! NO ZEROES. I ripped off 12 sets of eccentric pull-ups this being my last.... it was sloppy I know I was cooked :) Few sets of abs in between. I'll do a couple walking client calls & eat sensibly & that's WINNING! Most of us dads aren't trying to be pro athletes we just want to: •Look good. •Have more energy. •Less chance of disease. •More testosterone & confidence. •Our wives to want to initiate s3x with us. Don't put up zeroes & you'll get it!! Have the best day! 💪🤝

I bought a car this week in cash. An older model with low miles, essentially a commuter car for the office, the gym and everyone in between. I know this doesn't work for many people, but my rule for vehicles is simple: no monthly payments, use cash, and buy a replacement a year or two before the old one breaks down. Don't wait for an emergency to force your hand. Next: We'll be saving to upgrade my wife’s SUV next year.

@DaveAnsell10 Actually my sun is in Taurus and you know I keep getting reminded to really pay attention when the moon is in your sign and to stay clear for that and the energy available to you at that time. Also I try to take social media fasts periodically and still need one for the spring.

@ChaseMcRaw Agree on the draft pick math - if you’re out by December, playing for 7-10 doesn’t help long term. Trading TJ or Highsmith now would sting but makes sense if the QB class is that strong.

It can happen, 7-10 is certainly a possibility as well. I just hope this franchise is smart enough to know when to throw the towel in. If you’re pretty much out of it late in the year, we have to tank for a higher draft pick, especially with the QB class being so good. I would also trade one of TJ or Highsmith at the deadline.
