@Kia_Worldwide I sold my car to a friend, they received a recall notice, when they took the car to Triangle Chesterfield, they were very flippant, and dismissed her concern !! Just the type of service I came to expect from them. They are very poor, bad name for kia.

@Kia_Worldwide can't believe how bad the service is at kia triangle Chesterfield, I bought my car from there, took it back there for service, then took it there for tyre change, unbelievable how bad the experience was, I vowed never to use them again, which I didn't.

@HastingsDirect How come it is very easy to get car insurance ! Try and cancel, what a shocking experience, just an absolute joke. You buy insurance online, can you cancel online? No, you have to phone a number that eventually answers, then puts you on hold for a long time.

@VisionExpress how can VE try and charge £49.95 for glasses that are insured, the damage was to a small piece of metal that needed to be unscrewed and replaced. They are saying you need a new frame, there's no way they need a whole new frame.

Vet's use emotional blackmail, how can you be told by one vet a price for tablets, then pick them up from another vet and it's £16 more for the same tablets ??
