UPDATE: Police have concluding their investigation on scene in the intersection at Charing Cross and North Park St following a Motor Vehicle Collision. Hydro crews remained on scene keeping a portion of North Park St closed while repairing damaged poles to restore power. The repair work has been completed and the road should be reopened shortly. We appreciate the patience and understanding.
