Hemp0x is just a fast proof of work blockchain with 5 second blocks that can create tokens directly on the chain. No smart contracts needed. Now real estate is simple. You put the property in an LLC. The LLC creates a fixed number of tokens on hemp0x. Each token represents a share of ownership. The blockchain keeps track of who owns the shares. The legal documents stay off chain. The chain just stores a fingerprint so you can prove nothing was changed. If compliance is needed, you can restrict the token so only KYC approved wallets can hold it. That’s it. We’re not putting houses on chain. We’re putting ownership records on-chain.
