@HeathrowAirport Hello. The airline (KLM) said I was allowed to visit LHR to search through the baggage graveyard to try and find my suitcase. They said to contact you to arrange this.

@DaveGoldsmith_ Hey, you are able to come to the airport to speak to an airline representativev to try and get some information, but unfortunately for any updates you will have to contact your airline as luggage is there responsibility.
