Way back I missed a NYC forecast by like 40 degrees when I worked at WCBS around 2005-ish. Got backdoor cold fronted and marine layer fogged and people were not happy lol

One of the craziest weather phenomena I've ever seen in the Northeast... one year ago today. March 25, 2025. It was in the 30s and SNOWING in Boston at the same time it was 80 degrees in New York City. A backdoor cold front so sharp and extreme that it was unprecedented in New England's historical record.

A nice warm week is headed our way. High temps will be in the low to mid 80's all week. A front settling into Central Florida Tue/Wed could spark off a few late day showers, but not drought busting rain. Enjoy the warmth!!
