Re-upping this thread as mind-bogglingly we are here again. Varsity athletics is the definition of elite amateur athletics & must be included with the other programs that are allowed to train & compete. If you work in PSE in Ontario, offer support or advocacy for our Athletes!

How elite is the OCAA?
Former Mohawk Mountaineers men's volleyball student-athletes Eric Girard (left) and Trevor McLaughlin (right) not only won OCAA medals, but trained with Canada's men's volleyball team.
Girard also played professionally overseas in Spain.
OCAA is ELITE.
