Nearly a wrap for #servicenorth 21 and what a smasher it was. This was @ITILzealot and I at the end of 2019 session, before getting a bit tipsy with our good friends @ClaireAgutter @Daveagutter .. I have loved the #virtual event, it really worked. Just missed the drinkies. ;-)
