Funny how every few hours we hear that negotiations are “close,” “productive,” and “making progress”…
…while American military transport aircraft keep flooding into the Middle East like preparations for something much bigger are still fully underway.
That’s the real message here.
Governments talk about peace in public while quietly preparing for the possibility that everything could explode tomorrow morning.

Trump sold the Iran war as a demonstration of American strength.
Instead the world watched oil markets panic, Hormuz turn into chaos, allies distance themselves, and Tehran walk back into negotiations without truly surrendering the core of its nuclear ambitions.
That’s the pattern with modern Trump foreign policy:
maximum theatrics, maximum escalation, and then a frantic search for an exit that can still be branded as “historic victory.”
Wars are easy to start when every conflict is treated like a TV episode.
Reality is harder.
Especially when the people on the other side understand that Trump fears long wars almost as much as he fears looking weak.
