@CrossCountryUK Hi, I can see that CrossCountry tickets are being accepted by other operators today between England and Edinburgh. Is this reciprocal, i.e. can I use my LNER tickets (dated yesterday) on CC to get home from York to Edin today, as we couldn’t get there yesterday?

We don’t do that mate We aren’t touts or ticket resellers. If we were we’d get in trouble with the club There are plenty of other people who do that, but we don’t. It would be nice if people would respect that and not ask us
