We, the members of the America First Party⚡️, hereby formally extend an invitation to @GregoryKBovino to work with us on an actionable program designed to identify and deport the 100M+ non-American residents in our midst. America has suffered an invasion. As a result, our response will entail one of the largest mass movements of people in world history, but we are undaunted. We propose the following framework for taking back our nation: 1. The Border is a combat zone. We recommend the immediate deployment of active-duty servicemen plus all relevant immigration enforcement assets to secure the Southern border, Northern checkpoints, and all coastal ports of entry. This means a major investment in surveillance systems, including drones, AI-recognition, and satellite overwatch. We require the immediate overhaul of border barriers and construction of the permanent border wall we were promised. Cartel members are non-state combatants and will be treated as such under LOAC. Narco-Terror organizations will be eliminated with ruthless efficiency. There will henceforth be ZERO asylum processing, catch-and-release, or parole. Any apprehension will result in immediate expulsion or military detention until removal. To accomplish this, we implore President Trump to immediately appoint @GregoryKBovino as Border Czar with full war powers and complete authority over the deportation agenda. We require a tripling of ICE & CBP agents via emergency hiring, prioritizing those with prior combat or service experience. We also encourage the deputization of local property owners along the border. All members shall receive combat bonuses and benefits. The measure of success is a total immigration moratorium within 90 days of implementation and zero border crossings. 2. Enforced attrition. To aid federal efforts, America must be made unlivable for illegals and self-deportation encouraged. A National E-Verify mandate must be instituted for every job, bank account, driver’s license, rental agreement, school enrollment, utility hookup, benefit claim, etc. All violators shall be subject to a $25K fine for each offense and subject to potential asset seizure. Cut off every federal, state, or local subsidy, housing, food stamps, Medicaid, education, or emergency room non-life-saving care for unverified status. Sanctuary cities must also be ended by total federal funding cutoff and felony immigration obstruction charges for any official who interferes. No more threats; we will arrest and prosecute those who impede. Our home state of Alabama proved the efficacy of these measures over 15 years ago. Alabama HB 56 triggered 10%+ self-deportations despite little political or legal enforcement. At national scale, we can track via IRS/bank data cross-checks and target the millions who lose income or stop sending remittances within 6 months. 3. The Deportation Machine. Our target is 100K ICE Agents on the street. Nationwide 287(g) greement implementation with local police; there will be zero opt-outs lest they be federally preempted. The Border Czar possesses internal data, gang databases, social media, license-plate readers, IRS data, etc. to help build priority target lists. Highest Priority: Criminals, gang members, coyotes, cartel affiliates, recent got-aways. Medium Priority: Recent arrivals and long-term residents in saturated zones. We will construct large scale deportation processing centers across the nation with further surge detention capacity on military bases and expedited centers. Funding will be provided by cartel asset seizures, employer penalties, and remittance taxes. 72 hour streamlined hearings will commence upon mass appointment of new immigration judges by the A; no more endless appeals. The State Dept. shall begin aggressive repatriation negotiations using full leverage of American economic and military might. There will be no more "refusals". Should repatriation prove impossible, deportees shall be sent to an undetermined 3rd party nation. For US born children of illegals, the entire family unit will be processed for removal. The parents' removal first triggers voluntary family exit; non-compliance treats adult children as derivative. Further Executive Action and/or SCOTUS approval in eliminating birthright citizenship will allow future denaturalizations and removal. All suspected instances of immigration fraud should be pursued in the present to expedite denaturalizations. The goal is, at minimum, 5-10 million removals/year after full mobilization with 30M removals set as the 36 month target. Yes, the deportation tracker is coming back! 4. Long-term cleanup. Settling birthright citizenship is imperative as is repealing the disastrous Hart-Celler Act. We must also immediately suspend and terminate H-1B, OPT/STEM extensions, H-2A/H-2B seasonal categories, diversity lottery, family-chain migration preferences, and any other visa programs with documented records of overstays, abuse or displacement of U.S. workers. No new issuances until Hart-Celler is eliminated and the moratorium lifted. Immediate deportation for any violation or overstay. No DACA expansions, no “Dreamer” carve-outs, no amnesties ever. Lastly, a public zero-tolerance campaign to educate the populace on the true nature of this invasion and why such drastic measures are necessary.
