I review UFC 326, which had some solid matchmaking. However, some fights were a bit more drawn out and tactically won, with a few notable matches using lots of ground control but no damage or submission threats. On one hand, I understand as a fighter you got to get the win. But as a spectator, it can be very boring to see a long match with a lot of nothing. Yes to all 3 for me. I was a bit surprised that some people don't have inner monologue. But as I started asking friends, I realized a few people in my close friend group don't. I see people jump to them being non sentient or stupid, but the two people I know that have no inner monologue are medical doctors and quite smart and knowledgeable. They seem to have much sharper visualizations, and read way faster (as they don't sound out words, so it's just image processing). One of them doesn't seem to have any audio capacity internally, as they can't hear songs in their head, which I do all the time. Yet, they played the piano in concerts as a child. I also find these people tend to think be speaking aloud versus internally. So when I see someone talk to themselves, to me that's a hint that they could have no internal monologue. But the idea that not having one means you're dumb or an NPC I think is ignorant. They're just different ways of expressing consciousness in my opinion.

Do you have an inner monologue? Can you rotate an apple in your mind? Can you blur your vision on command?

If I recall correctly, in the alternate ending he has one of the living vampires in a safe room with him while all the other vampires are trying to break in. He is about to create the cure and was going to test it on this living vampire but the alternate ending shows that they aren't feral, and that the vampire that has been pursuing him is actually the mate of the one he has been experimenting on. The implication is he just wanted his mate back. When he releases her, they leave without attacking him.

That isn't what I meant. It was a realization that he had that he was seen by them as their monster. Ending quote: "Robert Neville looked out over the new people of the earth. He knew he did not belong to them; he knew that, like the vampires, he was anathema and black terror to be destroyed. He turned and leaned against the wall while he swallowed the pills. Full circle, he thought while final lethargy crept into his limbs. Full circle. A new terror born in death, a new superstition entering the unassailable fortress of forever. I am legend."

@DavidAvellan @RealEmirHan I don't think he was portrayed as a villain in the book. He became an idealized scientist by the end, and his death resembled that of Socrates. They executed him out of superstition and fear.
