Someone bought 50 bags of cement when it was sold at 11k he didn't carry it as at the time he paid, he now wants to carry it the seller refused release the goods because the price has changed (even though he paid in full)

@DavidAzibaola @LilianIkenye @Mazi_Chinonso1 The thing is the buyers knows fully well that goods will not be stored in one place waiting for him. The nature of goods won't allow that .. The best he can ask for is refund. That's the only solution. even in court that will be the resolution.
