@The_Young_Team I enjoyed his performance against NI in the Victory Shield. Very fluid positionally from a nominally left back role, he was popping up in advanced CM positions frequently. Not sure it translates to men’s football but it’s fun to watch.

B team debut for 15 year old 💫 Oliver Goodbrand featured for Rangers B in their 5-0 Glasgow Cup win over Partick Thistle yesterday. Has played for Scotland youth at LB & inverted RW. Excellent technically, great mentality & versatile both in position & role. Top prospect 🔝

@DavidBruce1 @pieandbov Why should rangers be campaigning for it? They along with Celtic are the main benefactors of not having such a rule. Remember when rangers went to the bottom tier and had the second highest wage bill in Scotland? That was their chance to utilise home grown talent and they blew it

We've spent so long moaning about the Scottish Premiership being a two horse race, but given the enormous financial gulf that now exists between Celtic and Rangers, and the not inconsiderable difference in the quality of their respective squads, are we now looking at the prospect of having many years of a single horse race? It's very difficult to see how Rangers could come close to bridging that gap without some seriously heavy investment, and where is that going to come from? And yes, before I get overrun by rabid Dons fans I'm very aware that Aberdeen are currently joint top of the league, and long may that last. Just wondering how boring it might all be about to get. Would even Celtic fans get bored at battering everyone every single week?
