What can owners do to stop this type of destruction?

What is a plank? A plank is something that prevents us from safely removing something from someone else’s eye without causing damage to that eye. The damage could be so extensive that could make it impossible for the person to ever be able to clearly see out of that eye. If according to Jesus “the second greatest (commandment) … is to love your neighbor as yourself” then the greatest expression of iniquity is to not love our neighbor. So the question is, is there love and compassion for the person we “expose”? Does it cause us pain to see a brethren fall and have to “expose” him? In that case we most likely have removed the plank from our eye. On the other hand, if we’re just angry and wanting to see the brethren punished and humiliated, then that’s a very good indication that there’s a plank in our eye…

One reason Social Media has been used to confront high profile ministers is because many are not submitted or accountable to any New Testament local eldership. Local eldership has the responsibility from God to bring government and discipline. But when they hide behind boards that are stacked with friends and family, the only other route is social media. It’s messy. New Testament local leadership would be better suited it only works with the leader is actually in a New Testament community. It is a warning to para-church ministry leaders to get under the covering of New Testament elders, and be part of a local body. You’re not above it.

Yes, I’m disappointed in Merrick Garland, Jack Smith, & SCOTUS. But mostly I’m disappointed in the 76 million Americans who said “no big deal” and voted for a candidate who, just 4yrs ago, lost an election, refused to concede, and then actually committed crimes trying to overthrow that election.
