@dark1x Film is starting to go there, physical media is just going to die out. There’s too much control and money to be made. Ergo pirating of movies and tv shows will be the only defacto way to actually preserve content. Not watch your fav movie and find the soundtrack has changed etc.

I guess there's gonna be a point when games are just no longer sold on physical media, huh? It's not like music or film where players are manufactured independently...if a console maker decides no more disc drive, it's over. That bums me out but I guess I'd save a lot of money...
