@DisinfoIsBad Chaos is what would result from a federal $15 minimum wage more than half the small businesses would shut down you would see less people working and less hours for those working. I live in California. We’ve already done this and fucked small businesses

@DarrigoMelanie Than why not help Republicans find the fraud instead of politically profiting from the talking point and your party“donors” who keep getting caught up in these probes. Couldn’t be financial 🤔🤔🤔

An overwhelming majority of Americans support universal healthcare. The insurance and for-profit healthcare industry is against it, and they pay off enough politicians with campaign donations to block it. It’s not a lack of support, it’s an overwhelming amount of corruption.

@TrumpTroll4ever @gracieback2 Recent studies show the efficacy of the vaccine is minimal. While the spike proteins are found in tissue from the heart to brain in autopsies. Not to mention the white thread blood clots. And large increase in myocarditis in young people.

@gracieback2 About 1600 replies on this thread so far, which is great. Glad you survived. But consider approx. 1.2 MILLION people died from Covid-19 here in the US. They won't be able to reply, to any thread.

If you’re a man, please respond. If you’re a woman, ask the men in your life and report back: What is your initial gut reaction when you hear a woman say, “I hate men”?

@yhdistyminen This won’t ever change because you have to do 2/3 majority. If this was happening right now, Trump would still be an office. And other states will succeed their protection is the electoral college giving smaller states representation.

The replies to this are so funny: 4000 people making the exact same bad arguments I've heard my whole life, as if they've somehow never been made before. I know the arguments for the EC - that's why I said there are no good ones. The US has only one office that's elected by American voters as a whole. The fact that we have a system that in that one race allows a minority of voters to dictate to the majority and decide who gets the office is ridiculous and stupidly anti-democratic. We're always going to have it, but that's a bad thing.

Notice how China never talks about destroying America, they just want to sell us stuff. Meanwhile psychopath Americans constantly talk about destroying China China doesn’t even care about exporting their ideology around the world like America does Who is the true threat to humanity? Every single person in the world should be siding with China over the bloodthirsty Epstein regime in the west

🇺🇸🇨🇳 Senator Rick Scott says a hes ok with destroying the global energy market as long as it cripples China’s economy: “I think blocking the Strait of Hormuz is fine from my standpoint If no oil ever goes to China again, and their economy is destroyed, that would be a really wonderful day for me.”

@SocialistMMA Go watch some of the Chinese press conferences in Chinese. All they do is talk about how they’re at war with the United States and how they are going to take over by all means necessary for 50 years Stop consuming western media alone

@DarrigoMelanie Of course blame the homeowners not your policy of importing as many people as possible with about the same amount of production that we had in the 70s you’re the problem and you’re trying to disguise it by playing class politics.

75% of Americans can’t afford a median-value home, and 50% struggle to afford their housing. If you’re looking for sympathy for the wealthy people spending over $5 million for a 2nd home they won’t live in, then you’re part of the problem.
Rob Schmitt@SchmittNYC

Here’s a 5.9M condo in Manhattan. It’ll be bought by someone Mamdani/Hochul claim isn’t paying their “fair share”. They’ll pay a $132,000 mansion tax at closing. And then pay $5200 a month in property taxes. Mamdani and Hochul will now add another tax to this bill.

@HistoryBoomer . It’s not because of tradition, it’s the reason Democrat states have autonomy right now. This wouldn’t have saved you from trump. Electoral college give every state representation, ending republic would mean trump can mandate state laws

People defend the Electoral College for the same reason they defend pumpkin pie on Thanksgiving: tradition. But tradition is no reason to keep two things that are bad for America.
James Surowiecki@JamesSurowiecki

There's no good civic argument for the electoral college. It was arguably necessary to ensure the ratification of the Constitution, but it's an anti-democratic device that gives some American citizens far more voting power than others, based purely on where they live.

@DrKarlynB I love communists bitching about paying the taxes they demand others to pay. If your paying that much it’s because you make lots more money than the average and if it’s social media funds it’s paid all at the end of the year increasing tax rate lol
