Throw the bum out.

President Trump is not well and should either resign or be legally removed from office - before it’s too late. On Saturday he claimed “an agreement had been largely negotiated” bt Iran and the U.S. to end the war and reopen the Straits. Then earlier today he says “*if*” he makes a deal, then implies it won’t include unfreezing Iranian cash - a stated requirement of Iran - and finally just an hr ago, posts the below image, without explanation, of a bomb dropping, likely meaning Iran (who else would he b suggesting we bomb?). These radical shifts, unsubstantiated claims of negotiated deals that haven’t been agreed to, then admitting there may be no deal, and finally implying he’s readying to return to war. How could ANY country trust this man to negotiate *anything*? Answer: they can’t and Iran won’t. That is a danger to America. President Trump has already taken us to war w Iran on outright fraudulent claims (“imminent threat” of a non-existent nuclear weapon). He had a diplomatic off ramp on a golden platter on 26 February that SHOULD have obviated the need for war, but he chose to attack anyway - leading directly to the unnecessary deaths of 13 Americans and the wounding of 400 more. Now he is proving he’s incapable or unwilling to take a diplomatic off ramp AGAIN. If he does not take the “walk away” option and does stumble us back to war, he should resign immediately. If he is unwilling, the cabinet officials should invoke the 25th amendment, and failing that, the House should do its job and impeach President Trump and the Senate should vote to remove him from office. If none act, and if the president takes us back to war illegally, we will suffer severe harm - and every member of the cabinet and Congress will b equally guilty for their failure to act to keep Americans safe.

🔺 Top adviser to Iran’s Supreme Leader: U.S. is “trapped” with Hormuz, and will never return to the America of before Mohsen Rezaei, who commanded the IRGC for 16 years — the longest tenure in the organization’s history — and currently serves as military adviser to Iran’s new Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei, told Tasnim News that Iran has secured a historic strategic victory against the United States, as negotiations continue toward a deal to end the war. 🔹 “For the first time since World War II, America’s superpower status has collapsed. America after the ‘Ramadan War’ will never return to the America it was before. And we have brought about America’s decline in the Middle East.” 🔹 The U.S. military designed the recent battle to last in the most pessimistic scenario 15 days — and deployed forces accordingly. “After failing in the early days, they sought a unilateral ceasefire to rebuild their strength, but Iran’s strategy prevented their escape and the aggressors became trapped in the strategic snare of the Strait of Hormuz.” 🔹 “If the war expands from the Persian Gulf and the Strait of Hormuz to the Sea of Oman, Bab al-Mandab, and the Indian Ocean, it will take on vast and uncontrollable dimensions. The enemies, understanding the end of this dark corridor, fear entering the war and have turned to the negotiating table.” 🔹 “Iran has strong legal and security justifications for its sovereignty over the Strait of Hormuz. This management is not to block free trade, but to prevent insecurity and military campaigns.”

White House counterterrorism official Sebastian Gorka said today that anti-Israel speech is not protected free speech, instead referring to it as incitement to violence, stating that violators will be arrested and tried. “We are going to map out these individuals," Gorka said. Thoughts?

@DanielLDavis1 Yes; if agreeing to all you have written here makes me an ingrate; as according to @realDonaldTrump, then so be it. I am definitely neither amused nor impressed by Trump’s mendacious bullshit.

President Trump today accused those who are honest about the Iran war as being guilty of "TREASON." What worries me is if the president believes all what he's writing in the below post. No one in America is "rooting for" Iran. Rather, like this post I’m writing, we are being *honest* in our evaluation and pointing out the fact that despite many Iranian ships "resting at the bottom of the sea", those aren't the ones that matter. It's the likely *thousands* of fast-attack boats that are still very much intact and patrolling Persian Gulf waters. But the single most important factor to point out: More than two months after we foolishly started this war, including about 40 days of bombing and now weeks of a naval blockade, Iran STILL remains in full control of the Strait of Hormuz. The president accuses those wiling to tell the truth as committing "virtual TREASON." To the contrary, I think a far more valid case can be made that the person who has most harmed America is the individual who: * CHOSE to take our country into war it couldn't win - a war that didn't need to be fought - which has cost us (thus far) the unnecessary deaths of 13 Americans the wounding of 400 more,  * the destruction of 16 U.S. military bases in the region * opened the path for Iran to seize control of the Strait, something it had nvr done in it’s 47 year history and would never have done short of us starting this war * has left our Middle Eastern allies all suffering significant damage to their countries * resulted in the skyrocketing of oil prices - which has directly led to a rise in U.S. gasoline and deisal prices, loss of fertilizers that is already suppressing food production well into this year, limits on helium exiting the gulf which has suppressed chip-making around the world * directly led to inflation rising to 3.8% * has us all in line to suffer a recession this summer.  If soon the president even more foolishly chooses to resume (instead of ending) this war, we could suffer an unthinkable depression. All of the above consequences are thanks to the irrational decision of the commander in chief to start an unnecessary war -- which, by the way, violated the U.S. Constitution, U.S. Law, and International law in the process You tell me who is guilty of treason...

I work in defense procurement. I am not supposed to say this publicly but "UNRELENTING FEAR" is almost word-for-word the title of a deliverables category we've been invoicing against since 2019. The internal code is UF-4. We just call it "the fear line." Speeches get applause. Procurement milestones get a purchase order, a vendor list, account managers with quotas, and quarterly reviews where grown adults present slides titled "Adversarial Dread: Q3 Delivery Forecast" to a room of people who have never been afraid of anything except a missed earnings call. We have an internal metric called the Fear Readiness Index. I will not tell you the current number but I will tell you it was designed by a consulting firm hired in 2021 to "quantify adversarial psychological impact." Their other clients include a Marriott property in Tampa and a premium dog food brand. Identical methodology. Identical slide templates. Calibri. When the Iran operation started, our team had a 7:30 AM standup. Program director walked in, said "this is what we've been building toward," and opened a box of brownies from Lockheed. Not for the troops. For our office. For the procurement floor. The card said "To New Beginnings." The attached PO was for $1.7 billion. The brownies were from a bakery in Bethesda. I ate two. They were excellent. Lockheed uses a good bakery. I support the mission. The dread is real. It just takes 6-8 fiscal quarters and the press release is always early. Calibri.
