Great to be with community leaders in Miami's Little Haiti, talking healthcare, housing, education, and immigration. We're blessed with incredible visionaries impacting lives each and every day. Florida’s next chapter is within reach.

From Coconut Grove, to the Islamic Center of Greater Miami, to Actualidad Radio, Univision, and Delray Beach, yesterday was about listening, engaging, and showing up. Grateful for the conversations and for the opportunity to connect with communities across Miami, including time with Ambrosio Hernandez, Borja Voces, and the incredible Univision team.

Whether we’re talking to Republicans, Independents, or Democrats, this campaign’s values stay the same: the economy should work for everyone, government can improve our lives, and everyone’s rights should be protected.

Contrary to Trump’s statements, senior Israeli and U.S. officials said that the United States had prior knowledge of the Israeli strike and even approved it in an attempt to pressure Iran. After the Iranians retaliated against Qatar’s gas fields, Trump is now changing course
Barak Ravid@BarakRavid

🚨🚨🚨Trump on Truth Social: Israel, out of anger for what has taken place in the Middle East, has violently lashed out at a major facility known as South Pars Gas Field in Iran. A relatively small section of the whole has been hit. The United States knew nothing about this particular attack, and the country of Qatar was in no way, shape, or form, involved with it, nor did it have any idea that it was going to happen. Unfortunately, Iran did not know this, or any of the pertinent facts pertaining to the South Pars attack, and unjustifiably and unfairly attacked a portion of Qatar’s LNG Gas facility. NO MORE ATTACKS WILL BE MADE BY ISRAEL pertaining to this extremely important and valuable South Pars Field unless Iran unwisely decides to attack a very innocent, in this case, Qatar - In which instance the United States of America, with or without the help or consent of Israel, will massively blow up the entirety of the South Pars Gas Field at an amount of strength and power that Iran has never seen or witnessed before. I do not want to authorize this level of violence and destruction because of the long term implications that it will have on the future of Iran, but if Qatar’s LNG is again attacked, I will not hesitate to do so

Iran launched a series of retaliatory strikes against the vital energy infrastructure in nearby Gulf states after Israel hit its largest gas field Wednesday — a "dangerous escalation" that deepened the crisis and sent oil prices surging. abcnews.link/2EKfVv8

Trump can post whatever he likes. But there is zero, I mean zero, chance the IDF would conduct a strike in that location without giving CENTCOM full visibility. Trump knew (and approved). Now he realizes it caused a major escalation with Iran's (entirely unjustified) attacks on Gulf energy targets.

This moment is bigger than party. It’s about whether we’re working to improve people’s lives. Where things are working, let’s continue them. But where they’re not, let’s be bold enough to redefine our politics and just solve problems.

NEW: The number of U.S. troops who have been wounded or injured during the U.S.-Israeli campaign against Iran now exceeds 200 across seven countries, U.S. officials say, providing the most detailed accounting yet of how American personnel have been put in harm’s way.

🚨ALL HANDS ON DECK Get out and VOTE for Emily Gregory in FL HD 87! Early voting is open daily 10am-7pm until March 22nd. Election Day is March 24th. Remember, a Democrat was elected to Boca Raton Mayor for the first time in 30 years by ONE VOTE. Every vote matters. This district includes Mar a Largo and Trump is SCARED about the signal it will send across the country when she flips this seat. He is tweeting about this race in a state where Republicans hold a supermajority. You’ve got this Emily!!!!

FLORIDA

The University of Florida was recently informed by the Florida Federation of College Republicans (FFCR) that it has disbanded the local chapter of College Republicans (the Local CR).  This request is based on the FFCR’s findings that some Local CR members engaged in a pattern of conduct that violated its rules and values, including a recent antisemitic gesture. The FFCR also requested that the university deactivate the Local CR as a registered student organization while it looks to reorganize and pursue reinstatement under new student leadership. The University of Florida has emphatically supported its Jewish community and remains committed to preventing and addressing antisemitism and other forms of discrimination and harassment that are threatening and disruptive to our students and to the teaching, research and expressive activities of the campus community. The university also supports the rights of organizations, such as the FFCR, to take decisive action in addressing conduct that is antithetical to its principles. In compliance with its policies, the University of Florida is in the process of deactivating the Local CR as a registered student organization.  When the FFCR is ready, the university will also assist it with reactivating the Local CR under new student leadership.
