I’ve spent a few years in the $WNFT trenches literally praying to the OTC gods just to let me get close to breaking even. Fast forward to today... The debt is wiped, the legal drama is in the rearview mirror and George Sharp is out here cleaning his shell like a maid on a mission. Now I’m thinking… Maybe a Lamborghini is more practical than a Tahoe? I’ll say it again for the people in the back, my bags are packed, and I am emotionally available for a massive moonshot. Why would we worry? It's in the $WNFT filing... Upon receipt of the Motion for Sanctions, Mr. Calasse filed a Notice of Withdrawal of Defendant Warwick Calasse’s Motion to File Amended Answer and Counterclaim. The Company then filed a Motion for Partial Summary Judgment on January 16, 2026 requesting judgment as to liability against Mr. Calasse. Upon receipt of the Motion for Partial Summary Judgment, Mr. Calasse expressed a willingness to dismiss the pending action. Given the perceived difficulty of collecting a judgment against Mr. Calasse, a non-U.S. citizen and resident, the Company made the prudent decision to dismiss the action against Mr. Calasse in exchange for a mutual release of any and all claims the parties have against each other, specifically including a release and waiver of any interest that Mr. Calasse may claim against the Company. The parties anticipate upon the execution of a mutually agreeable settlement agreement that the hearing on the Company’s Motion for Partial Summary Judgment and the scheduled trial will be vacated and the case dismissed with prejudice.

Given the full context of this throw (playoff game, they 100% lose if this isn’t converted, they ended up winning, etc.), this has to be one of the very best plays in recent NFL history.

@Steelersdepot This actually was not a catch. You can see the ball move before he hits the ground and then the defender knocks it out. Not even reviewed just like the fumble by Bama RB either. Refs always cheat for Bama. Hate watching those games bc it’s never fairly called.

You bring Shakeer in motion then back out at the snap the other WR at the bottom runs a clear out, Shakeer wide open for first down maybe TD. Play should have been designed to go to him from the get go. Rewatch the play, he’s WIDE open.

@stoolpresidente @nflcommish They get all the calls so much cheating by the refs to make sure the Chiefs win. No holding on McDuffy, no holding on the punt return. This play here and the 4th and 1 play 2 plays both first downs not called. When Chiefs short they re-spot to first down when Bills get 1st respot

@GeorgeASharp That’s what I wanted but unfortunately you have to remember that both Philly and Chiefs get all the calls in the game. Can’t win against the refs and the opponent.
