@Guru__Invest Its already been settled and agreed to mutually simply walk away, its in the filings in OTC . The hearing is just to formally finalize it. Nothing to worry about.

Why would we worry? It's in the $WNFT filing... Upon receipt of the Motion for Sanctions, Mr. Calasse filed a Notice of Withdrawal of Defendant Warwick Calasse’s Motion to File Amended Answer and Counterclaim. The Company then filed a Motion for Partial Summary Judgment on January 16, 2026 requesting judgment as to liability against Mr. Calasse. Upon receipt of the Motion for Partial Summary Judgment, Mr. Calasse expressed a willingness to dismiss the pending action. Given the perceived difficulty of collecting a judgment against Mr. Calasse, a non-U.S. citizen and resident, the Company made the prudent decision to dismiss the action against Mr. Calasse in exchange for a mutual release of any and all claims the parties have against each other, specifically including a release and waiver of any interest that Mr. Calasse may claim against the Company. The parties anticipate upon the execution of a mutually agreeable settlement agreement that the hearing on the Company’s Motion for Partial Summary Judgment and the scheduled trial will be vacated and the case dismissed with prejudice.

Nah man you all good. I’d like to see the court docket updated as well. But again they are appearing in court April 15 as we all Know. They said ( and I watched it ) that they were very close. They still could be working on wording and specifics and present it at court and have judge sign it there

There’s no way @GeorgeASharp is going through all this just to get burned by Calasee again and lose another LOI… right? Settlement needs to officially hit. It was mentioned they’ve settled in principle over a week ago. What’s taking so long… $wnft
