@CanBorder Are fully vaccinated travellers arriving by air from the USA required to do an arrival test? Or just the PCR test 72 hours prior to the flight?

@Budget Rented a car, asked for Place of residence, filed it in correctly and then rude staff won’t rent the car because you don’t have a drivers license for that country. Staff then refused to speak and said they wouldn’t do anything, other than charge me double for a new rate.
