@Hertz Don’t know where I am PMing but sent the “chat” everything last night. Read your policy which assured me the car would be there for me- I was stranded, and today have no way to move my son. Searching @Budget now-stuck with the uber bills and a tremendous amount of aggravation.

At all cost avoid rentals from @Budget the car we reserved was not available when we went to pick it up put us in a much smaller vehicle that was dirty rate of smoke had not been washed on the outside or vacuumed on the inside dent on the rear and driver side the young guy work at the counter supposedly gave us free gas where we did not have to fill it up when we returned only to be towed once we returned it that we were paying $9.90 per gallon for gas. All budget is is a scam.

@Budget Update: After this, @Budget first denied → then approved partial refund → then reversed decision → then claimed refund processed → still not received. Same case (#101266 / 80532552), completely inconsistent responses. Very frustrating.

@Budget Confirmed 12-seater but waited 6+ hrs, no solution, told it may be canceled. Traveling with family & kids, plans disrupted. Had to book 2 cars for $1600+ vs <$1000. Emailed (Case #101266) but no response. Very disappointing.

No one should book with @Budget They run deals and don't have enough vehicles for the deals they're running. Every company now has no accountability. They leave everything on the consumer to deal with any incidents

The associate said oh well. I will not give my money to any place that has rude and uncaring people! U-Haul, here I come.

@Budget if anyone is thinking of using this company I would not bother. If you are booking your holiday with @British_Airways what ever you do, don’t pick budget for your car rental. We have been in queue for 1 hour 45 mins and now the 1 man working has left and not come back

@Budget @Avis beware if your rent from here at CLT airport. 45 minutes waiting in line with probably another 45 minutes to go to get to the counter. Here’s a business tip for the rental car business; you need available rental cars!! HORRIBLE customer experience.

@Kami @Budget I had a similar incident with budget recently in Tampa. Not open containers but car never cleaned and honestly I don’t think ever checked in as paper work said I drove over 1000 miles in a week which is not possible as drove 3 miles a day
