+Very disappointing experience with @Budget at Verona Airport. Car had winter tires only on the front axle,unsafe for snowy roads,and no snow chains despite booking them in advance and being told they were included.Customer service was unhelpful. Not recommended.

So it turns out @Budget is living up to its name and doesn't supply an at home charging cable on the EV cars it rents out. So instead of charging it overnight at the house, I have to go find a supercharger. What a complete pain in the ass

@Budget I need help resolving a billing issue with a Budget franchise in Utah. I reserved a car for $1350/month and called on Feb 17 to confirm I could return early and be prorated based on that price. I returned it after 18 days and was charged $2450. Can corporate review this?

@Budget do better. Bait and switch is bad business! We booked through Kayak with a price around $250 for our total trip. Returned the car and got charged $1,200. Called to dispute; they won’t honor the price and said read fine print. No verbal or written notice of increase.

@Budget Picked up my car yesterday morn in Boston. 1st car filthy, obv hadn't been washed. Got 2nd car, drove for 25 mins on highway, looked down & see I have 1/4 of a tank. Was told to return it full. Why if u don't give me a full tank when I pick it up?!

I booked a trip through @JetBlue vacations and they reserved a rental car with @Budget. After several phone calls, both companies said they are unable to add my Budget FastBreak account to my reservation. They acted like it was quantum computing. Really guys?

@Budget Never going to rent car from budget. It charged me $176 because I returned vehicale with full tank but from 16.4 miles instead of capped limit of 15 miles. This is just rediculous. Depsite of giving reciept and even budget agent taken note of it at time of returning.

@Budget I have a reservation at CLE airport. My pickup time is 8:30 PM but my flight UA1934 now arrives at 9:51 PM. I added my flight number but the system won’t let me change pickup time because the location closes at 10 PM. Will my car still be held?

#Budget @Budget I rented a small car for 2 days near Xmas for $306! Your agent said "You can add a free driver b/c you reserved w/Costco" so I added my adult son and drove 50 miles. Budget charged me $199.82 EXTRA for my son! Utter fraud. (And your SLC # is for ATL airport.)
