When you hear districts removing accelerated math course pathways claiming the decision is evidence-based, and you think “How can this be?”, your instinct is correct, the decision is not. This article describes how these claims are based on misrepresented data, massive in scope.

A well-evidenced article by @tomloveless99. Much of the public pushback against the California Math Framework has focused on high school, but Tom shows that there are major issues with elementary school recommendations as well, much of which cites flawed research from youcubed.
