Oh my goodness - change the record! If parents can’t feed their own children before school it really raises the question of how responsible these parents are! “School based nurseries” paid for by government funded care options (ie taxpayer) (so pay for your own child and everyone else’s) “parents work choices” remain the same it’s just if they pay the school or a child carer to look after their children. “Life chances” if you are seriously suggesting that children’s lives are in danger, then surely those parents need investigating?!?
