A scattergun approach to sanctions has affected a significant number of #MUFC supporters today. At what point will the club realise it's playing with people's lives, emotions and mental wellbeing? Undoubtedly, some people may have broken the rules, but I also know of supporters who appear to have done absolutely nothing wrong and have still received emails. I'll post more once I've had chance to digest everything.

A lad I know met all the criteria & was in the queue this morning. He has 2 tickets in the basket for himself & his nipper… Couldn’t check out as his nipper didn’t have premium membership.. but he couldn’t because he’s underage.. so that membership was never an available to him. Been on the phone to United.. looking into it

Cup Season Ticket Eligibility: There are some people who hold a Premium Membership and paid the required deposit before last week's deadline, and "should" be able to purchase a CST today. However, some members have auto-renewal enabled on their Premium Memberships, and those renewals were processed after the deadline. If you're in that situation, I'd recommend contacting the club, as there may be a case for them to review your eligibility. For anyone who isn't eligible today and doesn't fall into that category, phoning the club is unlikely to achieve anything and will probably just be a waste of your time.

Next season, we will finally get the return of transparency around away ticketing data. Hopefully, home game data follows as well. Now that the Brighton & Hove Albion game has been played, I have been gathering a fairly wide range of information from people with Exec, LP and SP tickets who applied for away games this season (thanks to those who helped). Take it with a pinch of salt, as it’s not perfect data, but it should give a decent indication of success rates for 25/26. From the information collected: Execs: 23.92% LP: 82.61% SP: 17.81% Some supporters will naturally have seen higher or lower success rates, but broadly speaking, this is the picture the data paints. It’s also worth noting that this does not include returns, these figures are based purely on original ballot outcomes.
