I don’t know why Obi always lives in a fool’s paradise. Other leaders of the party are proudly wearing party mufflers and projecting unity, but he alone is wearing a shirt branding himself as “President” and RMK as “VP,” while the supposed VP is dressed like a party leader. The imaginary presidential candidate is simply deceiving himself and living in a fantasy disconnected from political reality.

By this time in 2022, when Mr. “Party to Party” and “Bro, Market to Market” moved from PDP to LP, social media was completely flooded with LP and Obidient logos. People proudly used them as their display pictures, WhatsApp statuses, and everywhere online. But today, because of the confusion and political uncertainty he has created in the minds of his supporters, you can hardly see anyone using the NDC, or whatever it is called, as their DP or avi. That’s a sign of gradual decline.

Barely two days later, the same Kwankwaso was in Abuja meeting @atiku What stands out is this; even at a time when the coalition that birthed @ADCNig needed him, he was still the one making the rounds seeking out those whose support he required hoping by doing so, he would be handed their presidential rather than being the one sought after. In politics, influence is often measured not just by the alliances you build, but by who comes looking for you. And in this case, no political figure of real strategic weight has felt compelled to make that move toward him. That reality whether convenient or not, speaks volumes about perceived value and standing. It reinforces a timeless truth; not all who believe they deserve prominence are ever accorded it.
