It is incredibly distasteful to use our heroic dead for a political attack on Memorial Day. I’m a Democrat and I condemn this post by the DNC.

I was still kind of a lib in 2020 but I was totally unmoved by Floyd’s death. It wasn’t revelatory to me (just an ugly, pointless, small tragedy) and I didn’t think it meant anything. What I’ll always remember was how it felt to remain completely sober while so many people were swept away - it was disorienting to be in a totally different reality than the dominant culture, I almost felt like I was on drugs.

Today, we remember George Floyd, who was murdered by a former Minneapolis police officer six years ago.   That moment changed our city forever.

New York’s murder and shooting declines are real, but nearly 30,000 felony assaults last year—the most in many years—point to a deeper disorder problem: casual violence intensifying as police presence and the law’s moral authority recede. @BrianAcity I have written about this phenomenon several times. Overall, crime is down, but certain categories, linked to general disorder and what you call casual violence, are becoming endemic.

Esti is a 14-year-old autistic child who has been missing for a week in Toronto. Someone has decided to treat the signs meant to help find her the same way they treated the October 7th signs. Why? Because Esti is Jewish. The Canada of my youth has been swallowed whole by hate. Please click on the third image, download it, and post it. Let's do something good. Let's find Esti.

This is an 8th grader at @Stuart_Spartans Every word is put into his mouth through Social Emotional Learning (SEL). - Trauma - Identity - All the “isms” Hopeless. Angry. Broken. This is THE purpose of government K-12. He is the first generation where he did not spend a single minute of school life where SEL wasn’t fully implemented. He has been trained to think and talk this way since kindergarten.

🚨🧵‼️An 8th grader “shocked” the crowd with this graduation speech, but honestly, the school is actually getting exactly what they deserve. Let me be clear, this child (like the rest) is a victim of Marxism Brainwashing & the perpetrator is the education system.

The communist is going to spend Memorial Day partying with the Nazi who laughed at dead Americans. I can’t think of anything more on brand for these garbage people.

On our way to Bangor, Maine for a rally with @grahamformaine. The crises facing our country are too serious for establishment politics and tinkering around the edges. We need candidates like Graham who will take on the greed of the oligarchs and deliver for working families.

@DavidStrom Vince Cohlianese seems to provide the most useful details of the positive way negotiations with Iran are going. Posted on X this afternoon, this looks good!!! x.com/VinceCoglianes…
Vince Coglianese@VinceCoglianese

Just briefed by a senior Trump admin official. I feel VERY good about where the Iran negotiations are going. TOPLINE: "NO DUST, NO DOLLARS" -- Iran doesn't get a dime unless they actually produce real results. Details: The Trump administration believes it is now just days away from a memorandum of understanding with the Iranian regime. It won't be signed today or tomorrow, the official says, but that's primarily because communication with Iranian leadership moves very slowly. It takes "their system five or six days to actually approve" anything. "Fundamentally, it's very hard for them to even give us an answer." "95 percent of this is done, but literally changing words requires, occasionally, days of deliberation within their system." "We're mostly there and we feel like we've got a commitment on the enriched stockpile. We feel like we've got a commitment on the Strait of Hormuz. And we're haggling a little bit over some of the language." The deal President Trump is seeking would open the Strait of Hormuz and end Iran's longterm nuclear ambitions. Step 1: "They open the straits. We lift the blockade. We give the world economy some breathing room. They commit to giving up their highly enriched material." "They open the strait the minute we sign the MOU." Step 2: "You actually figure out the detailed mechanism by which they give up that highly enriched stockpile and you negotiate that over a certain period of time, probably 30 days." Sanctions will be on a dial. Good behavior gets rewarded. Bad behavior gets punished. "They don't get any money... if they do actually give us the material, then they get some resources... sanctions relief and things like that." Relief is phased in when Iran actually delivers. If they deliver their stockpile of enriched uranium, they'll get some sanctions relief. If they deliver real long-term commitments to stop nuclear enrichment, they'll get some sanctions relief. Giving Iran "sanctions relief" immediately for nothing "has never been in any part of the deal." "No pallets of cash, period." What's changed over the past few weeks? In negotiations, the Iranians "are clearly talking details about getting rid of the enriched stockpile in a way they never have before. The second significant change that we've seen is a willingness to stop enrichment, whether that's forever or for a time limit of some duration, we're going to figure that out in the details in negotiation." But it's important to remember, under the Obama Iran deal, they still had enrichment. That was always their redline. "They have acknowledged that is something they're going to have to give on." "The fact they're even willing to say that is a significant change from where they were two months ago," said the senior Trump administration official.

The psychological abuse part of the trans rights movement, in my view, is this pattern: Women say: “Male people have harmed us, we need boundaries.” Then they are told: “Your boundary is hateful.” Women say: “We need words for our sexed reality.” Then they are told: “Your words are exclusionary.” Women say: “We need privacy from male bodies.” Then they are told: “Your discomfort is bigotry.” That is a coercive loop. It takes women’s protective instincts and reframes them as moral defects. It turns self-defense into sin. Lovely little ideological trap. Making women into demons the second men don’t like our boundaries is psychological abuse and DARVO.

In Toronto, a young Jewish girl named Esther has been missing for over a week. To make matters worse, people have been ripping down posters about her disappearance, just like they did with the hostage posters after 10/7—one of the more appalling things I've ever seen in my life.

Dems: "Trump called veterans suckers and losers!" Narrator: This was denied by everyone involved and no proof this ever happened. Dems senate nominee Graham Platner on Reddit: "That dumb motherf***** didn't deserve to live!" (soldier was shot, seriously wounded, received Purple Heart, Platner refuses to apologize). "The U.S. Army is "absolute trash" and "full of fat, lazy trash who would rather not be in uniform". Narrator: He also has a Nazi tattoo and downplayed military sexual assault. Dems: "He's our guy! He's AWESOME!" You can not make this up.
