@DavidTabah, Senior Wheat Breeder at InterGrain, had an opportunity at last week's @GrainGrowersLtd Grain Sustainability Forum in Sydney to present regarding BNI wheat, a key trait that InterGrain's innovative wheat breeding program is researching and developing in partnership with @jircas_direct, @CIMMYT and the @novonordiskfond. BNI wheat makes nitrogen more available to the crop by reducing losses to the environment, enabling more efficient use of applied and stored nutrition. In turn, this offers potential for Australian farmers to increase yield and grain protein per nitrogen fertiliser unit available to the wheat plant.

Dale wheat harvest results looking great at Mingenew. @Clint_Chivers put Dale to the test this season against Scepter. Dale has yielded around 10% higher than Scepter with good grain quality.
