@marshyleeds Counterintuitively I would keep him if we go down and replace him if we stay up. He is a great Manager to get promoted from the Championship but don’t really see him taking the club to the next step in the top flight

All focus remains on survival right now, but Leeds must decide this summer whether to back or sack Farke.
He'll have just over 12 months to run on his existing deal when the current campaign ends.

@SDP76842783 10 goals over 26 PL games at this stage is not a half bad return. And we'd all have absolutely taken that at the start of the season.
Yes, he's been guilty of a few misses (not least that penalty) but his all-round game brings so much to this team.

Absolutely thrilled for Calvert-Lewin getting that England call; fully deserved and reflective of what has been an outstanding return to form with #LUFC.

I initially thought this was the implication of the ruling, but the full judgment says "biological sex" means sex at birth, which in practice would mean the sex recorded on the birth certificate.

Trans women are still women and making women prove their "biological sex" to bring sex discrimination / harassment claims isn't a win for feminism. I don't believe the legal grifters involved in this bigoted movement weren't aware of the inevitable consequences of PC definitions.

I wasn’t going to comment on the awful mid-air collision in Washington again until I heard Trump blame diversity hiring in air traffic control for the accident! I am sure the people at the NTSB and all aviation professionals are holding their heads in their hands as he ignores years of accident investigation practice in order to make a completely unsubstantiated political point. Extremely disappointing. He claims to “have common sense, and unfortunately a lot of people don’t”. Unfortunately he also doesn’t know when to keep quiet and wait for the investigation.
Now he is President and no longer campaigned to be so he should take more care over his language.

I do think (and I’m not defending lecherous behaviour by talentless bore Gregg Wallace) that there is an undeniable class aspect here that we can ignore or pretend doesn’t exist. Men and women (especially of a certain age) from his background behave and react differently.

Nothing I have seen or heard about the Smyth case has changed my view that @JustinWelby is a good man with a good heart, strong values and a commitment to public service. He was assured the police and other authorities were properly on the case. Yes, as he admits, he could have been more curious and checked in with exactly what was being done. He has apologised and I think many reasonable people will accept that. However he has chosen what all too few public figures do these days which is accept institutional responsibility. Ps for some reason I am getting calls from journalists who have been told I am handling his PR. I am not. I suspect that is being put around by those ultra conservative forces who have long wanted him gone, and who are aware that I see him from time to time.

I haven’t heard a single voter across dozens and dozens of swing focus groups point to VP Harris doing events w Liz Cheney as a negative. I have however heard a lot of annoyance over all the celebrities permeating the campaign. As one voter said, “Beyoncé ain’t paying my bills.”
