@brockpierson That came out SO WRONG, but damn is it funny.... *I* wasn't the reason failed (maybe partially) but I can *EXPLAIN* why Vista failed. Sigh. I don't write so good.

Windows Vista actually had a pretty nice design, but my goodness the operating system was so bad. What do you think the reason it flopped so horribly?

@Adnan_imd That's very cool. Astro Paper - I would consider installing Vault CMS! It should work out of the box. Haven't tested yet though. Astro Composer should work on its own, but it works best when paired with the rest of the Vault CMS ecosystem. Astro Modular is just one theme!

Spending over $200 a month on consumer subscription services is disgusting.

@RamsaurFGC I know how you feel, but even that motivation isn't quite right. I'm extremely pissed off as well. But even misguided people are made in God's image, so we shouldn't make decisions based off of malice or spite. I know you know that.

@raefejenkins Another way to look at it - voting GOP is akin to voting for whatever Democrats believed 10 years ago. This is pretty much an evergreen truth.

If I vote Libertarian, it’s a lost cause If I vote Republican, they’ll only get us in a war If I vote Democrats, this weird LGBT agenda will get pushed on kids and things will get dangerous when men aka “trans women” go into women’s restrooms So what the freak is the solution !!?

@RamsaurFGC As tempting as that is, I don't think that's right either. I still believe in incrementalism, and it's possible the old guard will just die out and we'll have less of a problem on our hands. So I will keep voting for the most liberty-oriented candidates I can.

Just got my Bases CMS @obsdmd plugin to a 96% score. I plan on increasing the rating of all of my Obsidian plugins in the near future. I'll prioritize the more popular plugins first.

@michaeljknowles Does "GOP" even matter at all anymore? Be real. GOP / Republicans haven't been principled ever, but now even less than before. Of course, Democrats aren't either. But pretending current GOP stances aren't just Democrats' stances from 10 years ago is laughable. Not principled.

This term, Massie has voted with the GOP 77.7% of the time. That rate is much lower than the median GOP congressman, who voted with the party 95% of the time. Massie's rate of voting with the Republicans is also lower than his own record in the last term (91%), which itself was lower than the term before that (95%). You can like Massie. Politics is fought in teams. Whatever his justification, Massie is on their team. Gallrein is on ours.
