Wild Pacific Red Salmon from the costal waters of Alaska mixed into a Bed of English Garden Salad with A drizzle of French vinaigrette & lemon dressing washed down with a chilled glass of Gavi di Gavi wine from Piedmont, Italy 🍋 Bellissimo !

Diced chicken breast dusted with Cajun seasoning accompanied with diced chorizo sautéed in olive oil & a knob of garlic butter on a bed of British salad covered in Puglian extra virgin olive oil & Balsamic Vinegar from Modena if you’re not on a diet perfect with a Baked Potato 🤩
