This is formal but here goes. The family of Sir Tim Brighouse are very sad to announce that Tim died in the John Radcliffe Hospital today after a short illness. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather and a towering figure in the word of education. 1/

@diana_osagie Got home at 1pm last night at least it wasn’t raining and the traffic was much better. 2 hrs to get back home as opposed to 4 hrs getting there. It was worth it though!
