ISIS Terror Mum Who Plotted Knife Rampage With Daughters Loses Deportation Appeal. Mina Dich, 51, a Moroccan born French national from south London, was jailed in 2018 for assisting her daughter Rizlaine Boular in plotting a knife attack on police near the Houses of Parliament. The family chillingly coded the sinister scheme as a Mad Hatter's tea party, using twisted Alice in Wonderland references to hide their deadly intentions. Dich’s youngest daughter, Safaa Boular, then just 17 and Britain’s youngest female ISIS terror plotter, first tried to flee to Syria as a jihadi bride. When blocked, she pivoted to planning a suicide bomb and gun attack on the British Museum. Once Safaa was arrested, older sister Rizlaine, 22, took the lead with mum Mina’s help, discussing purchasing kitchen knives from Sainsbury’s and using coded innocent tea party phone chats. A fourth woman, Khawla Barghouthi, was jailed for failing to alert authorities. Rizlaine received life with a minimum of 16 years. Safaa got life, later reduced on appeal. Dich pleaded guilty to preparing terrorist acts and was sentenced to six years and nine months in prison plus five years on extended licence. The judge condemned Dich for failing in her most basic parental duty, instead giving positive assistance and support to her daughter’s plans. He ruled she bore heavy responsibility and posed a clear danger to the public. Released in February 2024, she was immediately detained for deportation. Last month the High Court dismissed her appeal, upholding the Home Secretary’s deportation order. The Home Office has confirmed the deportation process is now advancing. Mina Dich is set to be removed to France in the coming weeks. #UKNews #CrimeNews #London
