The Senate GOP has exactly two options if it wants to avoid drifting into irrelevance and a stunning loss in November: (1) Keep the filibuster and 60-vote cloture rule fully intact, but stand ready to overcome Senate Democrats’ unprecedented pattern of obstruction by aggressively enforcing the “talking filibuster”—a move that would require senators to work longer, harder hours and take fewer recesses, but lead to more thoughtful, careful deliberation in the legislative process, OR (2) Nuke the filibuster. I strongly prefer the first option. But we must choose either one or the other—because the status quo isn’t working and the resulting inertia isn’t just making it impossible to pursue a coherent agenda; it’s hurting the American people. What’s your preference?

Imagine patriotically and proudly serving in the first Trump White House for four years, and departing in January of 2021 . . . Then, during the four years you're out, BIDEN LAWFARE kicks in, and you receive the below email five weeks before re-entering the White House again in January 2025… “Google received and responded to a legal process issued by the Federal Bureau of Investigation compelling the release of information related to your Google account. A court order previously prohibited Google from notifying you of the legal process…” I’ve never shared this—but this is a small taste of the INSANITY that many of us went through—right here in the United States of America. LAWFARE at its finest. A Complete and Total Disgrace!!!!!

We need every patriot to mobilize calls to @LeaderJohnThune (202) 224-3121 saying DO NOT FILE A CLOTURE MOTION on the SAVE America Act. Make the Dems come to Senate floor and talk. We want a talking filibuster. No cloture motion. If Thune files that, it kills the SAVE America Act. It will be his doing. He will have killed the bill. He needs the know we know that. @EIwatchdogs @BasedMikeLee @chiproytx

In the SOTU, @POTUS called on the GOP controlled Senate to pass the SAVE America Act.   Here is a primer of the Senate rules re how the GOP Senate can pass the SAVE America Act with a simple majority. 51 votes. NOT 60. 1.  @chiproytx and @BasedMikeLee, with support of @SpeakerJohnson put the entire content of the SAVE America Act into a Senate bill (S1383) that had already passed the Senate and was at the HOUSE awaiting consideration.  2.  The House passed S1383 containing the SAVE America Act language. 3.  S1383 SAVE America Act is now back to the Senate, awaiting Senate action.  It can be called up and moved to floor by simple MAJORITY vote.  Not 60 votes.  Any time. 4.  Once the bill is on the floor, it is ready for consideration. Sen Thune is in charge of it.   5.  It faces a filibuster.  Thune can then do one of two things: - try to cut off the filibuster which requires 60 votes and will kill the bill.   WE DONT WANT HIM TO DO THAT. That is a deliberate move to kill the bill.   - the other option is to simply allow the Democrats to filibuster the bill.   THATS WHAT WE WANT 6.  There are 50 GOP Senators pledged to vote yes.  So if we can get to the other side of the filibuster, SAVE America Act can pass with 51 votes.   7. Make the Democrats actually DO the filibuster.  Make them talk about the bill. 8.   Why do they oppose proof of citizenship for registering to vote? 9.  Why do they oppose photo idea to vote? 10. Why do they oppose requiring states to clean voter rolls? 11.  Let the filibuster run its course.  Let the toddlers have their tantrum  12.  Then, when that’s over or when they are tired, the SAVE America Act can pass with a simple majority.  51 votes.  THAT is what we want Sen Thune to do. It is all within his control.  He just needs to stand up, look the Democrats in the eye and say “okay, guys, let’s go.  Let’s have a filibuster” That’s what the American people want.  Don’t get sucked into the false narrative that the SAVE America Act must have 60 votes to pass.  Not true.  What is required is a leader who’s not afraid to lead and a Republican majority who’s not afraid to work.  And to fight for something that matters to the American people.   We are watching and pushing.  A cloture motion before any debate is intended to kill the bill.  Is that what Sen Thune wants- to be the one who kills the SAVE America Act?   @EIwatchdogs

WATCH: CNN's @DavidJUrban BLASTS liberals comparing questions about Donald Trump's health to Joe Biden's last year... "Let me just say that comparing President Trump's health to President Biden's health is ludicrous. Donald Trump is incredibly healthy. I just want to read from The Washington Post story because I think it's really important, this one line: 'Trump has been almost omnipresent in his second term fielding questions from journalists, sometimes several times a day, delivering impromptu remarks and regularly hosting dinners at the White House.' That's incredibly important because what Joe Biden did was none of that. Joe Biden hid from the press. He did not invite the media into the Oval Office." "I talked to the reporters in this Wall Street Journal last night -- the story last night. He -- they said that during their interview with the President, you know, he pushed back very vigorously on his health. But they've been present in the Oval Office with him when he's, you know, juggling chain saws, when he's being air traffic controllers [sic[ on the phone. He is incredibly vigorous." "I spent time with the guy. You may not like his policies, you may not like a lot of things about this president, but his health is one thing that I think is -- gets made a whole great deal about and there is no there there whatsoever."
