my first production app being used by people fr spent weeks building a whole CRM for speakers and guests to handle networking and agenda during the conference not sleeping until the 21st to make sure that the experience will be solid for all guests hope it will be useful!

hermes is the operation “intern” behind a whole conference i’m running next week, moving pieces together between sales, tickets management, speakers coordination, agenda, and all checks we need to do for consistency and follow-ups every information from past editions like attendees, ticket, speaker, topic, has been pretrained as a backfill into a local Gbrain, so each piece of our ops has the full historical context and we receive insights on anyone and anything whenever a watcher wires

MAY THE 4TH BE WITH YOU today i want to explore my preferred character in the modern star wars lore, Cal Kestis: why his story is one of the best well written characters in the star wars lore, why it redefines the Jedi and why it resonates with our current times in crypto. he survives through order 66 as a kid, watching his master die for him, and spends years alone, hiding his connection to the force. when he's finally pulled back into the fight, he carries something most jedi never had to: the weight of being one of the last, with no council, no temple, no rules left to follow. he walks the line of a grey jedi: using anger, fear, and grief as fuel without letting them own him. because the old dogmas died with the order, and pretending otherwise would be a lie. what keeps him from falling isn't discipline, it's purpose. he wants to rebuild the jedi, but not the order that failed. he refuses to recreate the rigid institution that ignored its own corruption and left everyone left defenseless and isolated. in crypto this bear market feels different. it's doesn't feel like the usual bottom of the cycle. the space saw an industry wide order 66 of employment, rugs, and general abandonment of many projects of their own believes. crypto people of the old school severed themselves from the original vision, either going in exile or being wiped out by the market. people that are left here might feel alone or feeling the weight of how the industry shifted: institutions, AI, fear of the smart contract vulnerabilities, all while the people you think didn't deserve wealth got richer and you got poorer and left behind, feeling that the window of opportunity is over. but a jedi that still feels the connection with the force shouldn't fear what's to come. the best concept of the star wars universe is the jedi-padawan relationship, the one of master and apprentice. and we are the ones to hold the torch and to pass it on to the new generation, but without looking at the past, and teaching however to navigate whats to come. if you are still in this industry and love what we wanted to achieve, we are the ones to teach why we loved this in the first place, and to shape the narrative of how things are going to move forward. false emperor of the industry might be bringing our image down and we might be hunted and invited to join the dark side, but we shouldn't give up: decentralization, onchain, peer-to-peer, ownership on our money are all values that we should bring forward and teach to who's going to come next. the videogame that introduces Cal is Jedi: Fallen Order, a souls-like where you explore the realization and acceptance that things are not like they were any longer. that teaches you to accept the present and moving forward from the past, not abandoning your hopes but accepting your new role in this new more lonely galaxy. stop fighting the past of what we witnessed, turn on the lightsaber again, honor the teaching of our former vision, and lead a new generation in becoming A New Hope for the industry
